Canmore, Alberta

scope:

Interior Renovation

Mountain modern with vintage flare. We took inspiration from the original 70s/80s design aesthetic and made it contemporary through the use of high contrast neutral colors, fun patterns, cool lighting and clean contemporary lines. First, we focused on maximizing storage and creating functional space in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. The space is both chic and relaxing!

kind words from the client:

“Having now renovated four homes, this was in many ways the easiest of all thanks in large part to Brittney’s design expertise, flexibility and easy-going nature. Rather than squabbling between us when we’ve laboured through making decisions on our own, Brittney’s vision for the space and selections of materials could not have made decisions any easier. Trusting Brittney in her nudging towards design ideas that would not stand out as something that would normally fit our preferences led to some fantastic surprises when the job was completed. It is now a joy to walk around Canmore and bump into Brittney along the way to continue to sing her praises! Thanks to Brittney, we couldn’t be any happier with our Canmore home” Kris & Catherine
